I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduated pastry chef who has been in this business 25+ years. I also have the honor to say I have a master's certificate from PME .I have a passion for creating sugar art and teaching others to perfect their craft. I hope you enjoy my classes, see you in the virtual world!
